“Listen to a LIFE STYLE – – You missed out on”

This interview with a couple living – – yet TODAY – – and can tell it – – exactly as it was – – and maybe – – we should try to slow down – – some – – and make a few changes – – in our “LIFE” style – –  – – in short… get off the “Rat RACE” – – think about  – – our “Here AFTER” – – approaching so swiftly.

“I See You… Where ever… I LOOK”

This is one of those PHOTOS – – that should be posted on the cover of “LOOK Magazine” – –  SUCH BEAUTIFUL  “EYES”  JUST FOLLOW YOU …  so inviting and friendly…

“When looking at the PHOTO of… “ALYSSA”…. just had to add the PHOTO of her “Grand-Father, Lee Aldrich Sr.”

It is amazing – –how  – –  from one generation to the next and on down the lifelines – – you can see such good resemblance of the FAMILY  – – when looking through the PHOTOS  – –  that is why…  I like seeing plenty of PHOTOS taken over the years – – because – – in an  “even year” span – – the body features change – – and different characteristics show their-selves – – as you remember those growing years of previous generations.

“Life is beautiful” – – and as we travel on the selected course… some LIVES hit rough roads – – too strong and make changes to the body – – that after a time and a half – – really begin to show the wear and tear – – that rough road – – that some of us… took – – was just… too hard.

“Do Business MEN… understand this story”

After reading… “would like you to make a comment.”

The Newfoundland Department of Employment believed a
boat owner wasn’t paying proper wages to his help.
An agent was sent to the fishing village to investigate the
boat owner.

GOVT AGENT: “I need a list of your employees and how
much you pay them”.

Boat Owner: “Well, there’s Clarence, my hired hand.
He’s been with me for 3 years,I pay him $200 a week plus
free room and board.

Then there’s the mentally challenged guy.He works about
18 hours every day and does about 90% of the work around here.
He makes about $10 per week, and pays his own room and board.
I buy him a bottle of Lamb’s rum and a dozen Labatt Lite every
Saturday night so he can cope with life.
Also, he gets to sleep with my wife occasionally”.

GOVT AGENT: “That’s the guy I want to talk to – the mentally
challenged one”.

Boat Owner: “That’ll be me…… What’d you want to know?”

“KELLY” – A GOOD FRIEND and Forever”

Happy Birthday “Kelly”

Happy Birthday to another dear friend, Kelly Uzzetta.  Have a lot of friends who  are having  a birthday all around this time of the year!

Kelly  was looking for a new home when I first met her. I was a real estate agent at the time and we spent a couple of weeks looking for a nice property  –  something with some land and lots of room for their seven (7) children.  We found just the right property and her family moved in  –  and we had struck up such a good friendship,   which was fun for both of us, and our families.

Over the years her children grew up and I was invited to birthdays  and then to  weddings and to children being born, making  “Kelly” a  “Grandma!”  Also, Mr. Uzzetta was in the construction business and I was in need of having a new “bay window” being installed in my home.  Mr. Uzzetta and his son were able to complete this  job, perfectly.  There were   several other jobs we needed and Mr.Uzzetta was able to  do these  as well and at reasonable rates.

There were times when  we had the Uzzettas come over for dinner and  we were also to their home  just as many or more  times. It was just one of  those times when you just  click  into a good friendshipand  not knowing  what  the future   has in store   –  and we  did  enjoy a  many good years…  associating!

The time  for an unforeseen accident though is something  – we just could  not comprehend. Kelly had just come  home from work  and   had dinner with her family   –  and was going to enjoy a short time watching TV    –  when without any  warning  and  no way to know –  what would be  happening in just a very few minutes?

Coming down the highway   –  a driver  “drunk” and having been arrested so many times and still had  his  driver’s license  –  crossed over  the highway  –   up and over another road-way  and right into  “Kelly’s” living room window and  “Kelly was there suiting,  on the sofa.

Instantly,   she was killed.  The living room  and front entrance  to the house ,  all damaged beyond belief.  How could this have happened?  The drunk- driver came right between two  (2) very large trees – and he,  without a scratch.  What a night -mare for  my  very good friend, “Kelly”   and her family. Her funeral followed in a few days.  Such a good life  –   killed by a drunk-driver,  who should have been without a license to drive  –   but…  he still  – -just  had to drink – – without a care in the world – – he certainly enjoyed himself – – I wonder … if it ever bothers him – – that he took the “LIFE” of a beautiful “MOTHER” and wonderful “GRAND-MOTHER”  – – and a wonderful “FRIEND” to me and so many others – – we will always remember you – – that’s forever!

“Kelly”  –  you may not be here on earth,   now –  but   you  are in a for greater  place  and that  is   in Heaven  –    I will never  ever   forget you.  You were and always will be,   a “terrific friend to me!
