“Greetings and BIRTHDAY Wishes to DENNY McClarren,Jr.”

When you take time to remember someone – WHAT is the “one” the “one” most remarkable…  “thing”  –  that,  you will always remember with LOVE?

DEN & ME 001

         “Just the best smile ever!”

Just looking at this PHOTO… reminds me to let everyone  –   focus on taking as many PHOTOS as is possible  –  and at all stages of LIFE.  You may be  young and ask, “Why take so many PHOTOS?”  “Why would someone want too!?

There will come a day… when,  you are older and grey – and   you  would like to show your children and grand-children  what you looked like,  when you were young.  When you are seen older looking  – with  some white and or grey hair  –  maybe even a little on the “bent over on the back  side”  due to operations – and you no longer move in a hurry –  and all  that you can say,  “There will come a day when you, too  –  will look and feel like I do, NOW!”

“BUT”…WHEN,  you can sit down with the youngsters –  and pull out a couple of boxes, and or  old “PHOTO Albums” –   NOW, just take the time for a real,  “Show and Tell” session –  telling all about  you, “yourself”  and all of the wonders in your world, that you were doing. The questions will be many…what was the occasion… who is that and is it someone we should know… where are they now… is it possible that we can visit them???

Something even better…  leave a “legacy” of these old and remarkable  PHOTOS adding  the best of  all, a story that they never heard before, because it is your “True Life” … who is in the photo and what they are doing and if at all possible – if there is a way to get in touch with them  – with  all of the latest of information  –  you never know – you just may have an eager historian in the FAMILY.

In the above PHOTO… my brother DENNY McClarren  came home for “Thanksgiving Holiday leave” – I had just  brought home…  a large ham – and,  just to see if it was  the very best of  hams – straight from “Krey Packing Company”  in North Saint Louis – as I was working there, then –  just had to try a couple of slices – and that,  is what I have in my hands. But… with the excitement of the HOLIDAY SEASON – just had to give DENNY a complete up-date,  of so much  good news –  and  as I  could talk and eat  – DENNY must be thinking –  that with all of this chatter – he is not  getting a chance,  to put a word in –  so the best thing to do,  is just “SMILE” and  his “SMILE” with his beautiful red hair… looking so good –  just lets me carry on and on!

So, this is another  PHOTO –  that I am so happy to have… as it always brings back the good ole days – when the whole wide  world was on track. LOVE DENNY –  up and on his favorite “CLOUD 9!”

https://fourgrandmas.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/09/Denny_002.jpeg

NOW, when you leave EARTH – be sure to pick a nice fluffy “CLOUD” – and travel the easy street way – just sit back and enjoy all the LOVE and FUN of being in HEAVEN!    D.V.

“HAPPY BIRTHDAY to my younger brother, DENNY, himself!”  xoxo

“DENNY’s DAY Tomorrow the 24th”

This first PHOTO of my brother, Denny and myself,   is just terrific  – if I say so myself! It is,  the “Pitts”  that it had to be damaged by moving here and there – and  then, back in those days – “PHOTOS” did not as I thought,  need any extra special care – so now,  the whole wide world knows – that a little carelessness is not going to make you HAPPY – when – if only a “stitch in Time, saves nine” – in other words – “Take good CARE of what you want to last, forever”  – so learn a lesson, from me today – – that it is good for you to take better care of your PHOTOS – as you may want to use them – some “50” or more years,  down the road!

*******“More MEMORIES of DENNY…”*******

Here we are… a little on the serious side… in order to take a few PHOTOS – – have to stop some of the talking – – that I did  get carried away with.  Sometimes when I get to talking – – someone has to  just start talking  – – and proceed to just take over – – – other wise I cold talk your arm off!

Sure am glad that the damage to this PHOTO – – did not interfere with any  important  part of Denny and me – –  we are just posing for the camera – – in hopes these PHOTOS will be good  — when developed – – never know  – – and by the time the film is developed – – the time and circumstances are gone forever – – and of course we are not available – – as the SEASON to be happy is long  gone and over.

Even though DENNY is not really smiling  – – as he was in yesterday’s PHOTO – – I do have to say that  – – that my brother DENNY is a real good looking  young man – – in uniform – – and in the service … working for his … good ole “UNCLE SAM!”

Denny_IMG_3539

Here is DENNY McClarren – – and again with the best of SMILES    – –  it looks like to me – – that when you have small puppies as cute as this  one  is … in DENNY’s arm… and of course this little puppy knows  – – that he will be given to a home  to help a blind person – – but that…  will be after  the little puppy is trained for this   particular    walk in LIFE… so…  to say “GOOD BYE” is just  one sweet happy  kiss after another… and when you kiss in the  neck area as seen in this  PHOTO – – it is probably  tickling DENNY – –  and the little  puppy … just LOVES  hearing DENNY laugh!

“Remembering DENNY as His BIRTHDAY is on the 24th”

“Yahweh” still holding “DENNY”  in  “HIS HANDS”

My younger brother, Denny H. McClarren is being remembered on this date again – with a song that he liked –  and I like, too –  guess anyone  that goes to Church today –  will hear this song –  and feel some up lifting in their LIFE –  and for those that have already left EARTH… for,   that much better  “heavenly” realm –  will always  enjoy … “On Eagle’s Wings” *********

“DENNY still has  – the  very best  “IRISH” Smile…”  and will always be  just as it is written on his shirt, “Tis Himself”… now and always!”     D.V.

“LOVE and UNDERSTANDING – the MAN in your LIFE”

“See if you find some helpful information here – and then –  put it into  real LIFE practice!

11 Things Every Man Secretly Wants To Hear From His Woman

Society can be stifling, sometimes in the way that it conditions us to think that we need to fall into these roles according to our gender.

Men have to act tough and save the world while women need to be soft and gentle, and always in need of saving. Women are supposed to take care of the house and the children while men are expected to go out and work so as to provide for their family. Women are supposed to be emotional and always looking for displays of affection, whereas men are supposed to be stoic and aren’t expected to demonstrate their feelings. Women are supposed to be ruled by their feelings, whereas men go with practicality and rational thought.

Fortunately, as the years pass, our thinking has blurred and more and more people are beginning to acknowledge that all genders are human at the end of the day and the line dividing these roles has become blurry to the point where it is barely there.

The things men expect from their partners have changed. Below are some of the things that a progressive man in today’s society would like to hear from his partner:

1. Your Appreciation For Him

Ideally, the two people in a relationship should do their best to be supportive towards each other. If your boyfriend is helpful and supportive, he’d really like it if you would acknowledge his assistance. Let him know that you understand his work and he’ll have a greater sense of his own value.

2. Your Understanding

Life can get hard at times and, whenever your boyfriend is feeling low because of something not working out, don’t criticize him or lecture him on his mistakes. Be empathetic and let him know that you understand why he’s worried. Be there when he wants to talk and try to help him in any way you can.

3. His Own Space

All of us enjoy solitude sometimes. It doesn’t mean anything if one partner just wants some time for themselves because of that. Needing time to sort out one’s own mind is a very human craving because there are some issues that are just too complicated to work out around others. Let him take his time and space when he needs it.

4. I’m Sorry

Messing up is natural enough and no one can do the right thing always. Sometimes, we lash out and hurt people when we don’t want to. When you’re in the wrong, offer a genuine apology and he’ll do the same in return.

5. Good Work!

From cleaning up the house and doing chores to moving up in his career, your partner likes it when you pay him a well-deserved compliment. No matter how old someone is, they’ll always want to hear others acknowledge their successes. Don’t forget to tell him that you’re proud of him.

6. Compliment His Looks

Even if he acts like he doesn’t care at all about his looks, he will still want to know that you are attracted to him. Letting him know that he’s sexy and hot will also encourage him to put more of an effort to be that way.

7. Hang Out With Your Gang

This is something he’d especially love to hear. While you’re an important part of his life, you can’t take over the role of all of his closest friends. There will be times when he needs to take time off and unwind with them, more so if you’re busy yourself.

8. Gratitude

Never hesitate to say thank you, even for the small things. He’ll see that you’re acknowledging the effort he puts in and your appreciation for him will increase his appreciation for you.

9. Talk To Me About Your Goals

Men like to plan out their lives more often than not. Their goals and passions are very important to them and they’ll really appreciate it if you take the time to listen to them talk about their dreams.

10. You Are Needed

If you say this to him, it will practically light him up. People like it when their loved ones need them. Knowing that you value and need his encouragement, support, and humor will make him feel happy and loved.

11. That You Have Faith In Him

By telling him this, you’re letting him know that he is making the right choices, that his strategies for life are working, and that he has the ability to make his dreams come true. Your thoughts really matter to him and it is essential that you tell him these things.

“Looking up and into the SKY – See what I found”

Just for curiosity’s sake – just had to go out side to see what was going on – and since it had been snowing earlier in the day – thought that nothing would be available in he sky – maybe only SNOW  continuing to  maybe even coming down more so  – but,  what a surprise, to see a very clear SKY – lots of bright STARS – and there  “SHE” was the “MOON” doing her thing!

Evidently there are others in the neighborhood that  also like to go out into the freezing night – and look up and into the SKY – just to see what is going on – as if  we mere mortals,  can really understand all of the wonders of this EARTH,  and all of the beauty  our CREATOR has made for us “all” to enjoy – together!

“Is this the way the “MOON”  appeared to you in your area?”

“Coming from the SOUTH and heading North East”

“Later on, Just a quick look-see, from the Kitchen window”
