Aug 1st “Lee and brother Al at MIAMI Race Track”

When in Fort Lauderdale, Florida – – a favorite place to go… is to the RACE TRACK – in MIAMI, – and Lee and his brother, Al and sister in law, Thelma Aldrich – enjoy the day – – checking which horse will WIN and did they pick the WINNER?

Lee would do the results on the horses running and a whole list of checks for this and that – – just to see if this horse was ready to WIN. What ever the system was that his brother, Al used – – was a top secret – he never said – – as to how he rated the horses and their results – – nor anything – – that would influence him to bet on a particular horse.

Now THELMA… was another story – – she would look the “RACE TRACK FORUM” over – – checking for a “GREY HORSE” – – she told me that whenever she bets on a “GREY HORSE” she always WINS! Also… THELMA would be looking for a particular “JOCKEY” – there were certain ones that always would WIN – – so she did have some choices to make – – and she never complained that she was losing money – – so… I just have to guess – – that she was at least always even with the “TRACK” – which would be a good system to have – – if and when you like to see the horses running!

For me… I only go to see what everybody is doing. I do not buy anything – and… may as well tell why – – “My MOTHER told me a long time ago – YOU can not WIN at another’s game!” So If you were not going to eat at the “CLUB HOUSE” – – I really did not want to go. My reason is… if I want to spend some money – I would rather buy a “SURE THING” at a STORE – – where I can pick it out. Some where in LIFE… I missed out on that CLASS – – where you learn HOW to take a CHANCE to maybe… WIN?
