“I Have a Happy BIRTHDAY Every DAY”
Sometimes when you have a “BIRTHDAY”………
Everyone… and I do mean everyone … in the FAMILY …
has to make a cake and bring their extra special “CAKE” over to the “party house” … and then the question begins…
“Is my “CAKE” … the best of all?”
“Do I get a surprise, or what???”
Since all of the “Birthday Cakes” were just so terrific… if I say so myself … and of course… since I just had to have… a piece of each and every cake and then… had to just tell the truth… as to why it was so good… and then of course … everyone knows that I like… “CAKE” and “ICE CREAM”…
How in the world … could there be only one “WINNER” …
when, I said each and every “CAKE” … was a “WINNER!”
Everyone knows “WHO” the for sure true “WINNER” was…
“It was ME”… I had enough “BIRTHDAY CAKE” for the week!”
“Make my DAY… Just bring “Cake and Ice cream” to ME!”

“Our Little Lex getting ONE MONTH Older”
It is one of the best things to do TODAY…while the “COVID-19 VIRUS” is still keeping us HOME bound… and that is to be able to see some of the best PHOTOS taken of Little LEX…as he is just being the very best little Great Grandson ever!
and… “just LOVE seeing the extra special “LOVE”.. .that our Little LEX is showing toward his little sister, RUBY and she is only at the two-month marker in this photo.

“Thanksgiving = Giving Thanks”
This is the big first, for Grandson Alan – all by himself – he baked this extra large and beautiful Turkey and as you can see – this is a very big and tender Turkey and that was not all! Alan went the extra mile – so to speak, he even brought several other side dishes that he prepared, all done up in an extra special way, enough to feed an ARMY!
It looks as if I am acting like the old “Julia Child” beside her guest “COOKS” on one of her old SHOWS – – pointing and giving her guests a few pointers – fingers going- all along with the mouth in motion, asking questions, “Did you do this and that – and what about this – was it done correctly according to be instructions in my BOOK, “Julia Child Cooks!”
Now that I am looking at this PHOTO – “I am wondering how some of the guests felt, when they were preparing food on Julia’s Show – did they think that they were in Kindergarten again, after all the many years of their cooking for hire, all over the Globe.”
“Thanksgiving” that word is backwards – it should be “Giving thanks” because at least this once a year week of “Thanksgiving” is really not enough – we should, give Thanks – everyday of our LIFE – and maybe every hour on the hour – as every minute of the day – we are receiving the BIG TIME GIFTS – from our Almighty Creator! Without our Creator – we would be nothing and therefore, needing nothing!
Never let a full DAY go by – without giving our Creator, “THANKS” – and while we are doing that – give several people we know and or meet with each day, a very cheerful THANKS – with all the gusto and mustered up with some LOVE – giving them them a hug about the neck, and a small pat on the backside – just to let them know – you are sending LOVE from Heaven above to them – and also remember – what you give to others – you receive from the Almighty – by the bucketfuls – if, I say so myself! “Thank your Serviceman” – on Memorial Day!
My brother Denny H. McClarren Jr. – on home leave from “Redstone Arsenal” – Huntsville, Alabama – – he has the best and biggest of smiles – – he sure is happy to be on leave and at last home!
My thoughts are that on this “Memorial Day” weekend – we should all give to every “Service Man and Woman” – a truly heartfelt THANKS – – and a blessing in the name of the Almighty – that each of these young people who are defending this – America – for us to have Freedom and Prosperity – that we can only receive – if and when we are grateful and continue to daily pray to the Almighty Yahweh – since there are so many situations – – that if we do not get together in “United Prayer” – – we may not continue to have the United States of America!
During WWII – as a very young and little girl – I remember hearing every day – in Saint Louis, Missouri – – on radio station “K.M.O.X” and at “twelve o’clock noon” – “Kate Smith” singing… “God Bless America” – – – this song is a prayer and we should – and need to sing it as a prayer – to protect all of the young people – – today – who are signing up to serve – America – and in some cases – even having to give their – LIFE – the ultimate gift – that they can give – – and so… we need to pray NOW – like never before – – for their daily protection!
