Every Spring and Fall, we had to drive up to see Grandmas Leah McClarren. We would stay a week or two – there was always something to do and we kids would sleep when the car was moving!

Happy 75th Birthday Denny

First “Outings and Pictures” of our new addition to the Family is Denny H. McClarren Jr. So, today Denny is 75 and I am 76. Looks like we are playing the game of life in growing older but better each year!  Thank you,  Almighty God for blessing  our “Family” with  Your perpetual care  – forever! Amen.

“Happy Birthday Baby Denny”

Denny McClarren Jr. in the arms of his Mother – Today the 24th will be the “Big 75” –  “Happy Birthday Denny” from all of us!

This looks like maybe your “first trip ” from the hospital to home? At the time this picture was taken,  the hospital kept the Mothers’ in the hospital for at least two weeks – not the case today. That’s Mom’s writing on the photo.

My Graduation Day and what a great day to finally leave German St.Vincent Orphan Home! On the second Sunday of June – the Home also celebrated with their Anniversary Picnic – all day long – Music –  Dancing – Games of Chance –  all kinds of Food and Dinners – Beer and Soda – and even Pony Rides!
