“JOY and PEACE…to ALL…”
At this TIME of the YEAR…small children just find everything… so beautiful and wonderful…the big mystery of the TIME as it approaches the day of CHRISTMAS…is not really understandable to them…since each child is coming from a different way of LIFE – – their FAMILY and their beliefs being so different and so confusing – – – HOW and WHERE and WHEN…will they learn the TRUTH…from the Fairy Tale?
If… it is at all possible…at this time of the year…while so many are thinking about the birth of the Messiah Yahshua…to check out their true feelings…are they getting into a commercial over load…that they will find leading them down the wrong road…after all the waste in time and money. The reason for this statement…as I read the BIBLE…I find that we are to remember HIS death on the CROSS…for that was HIS mission and purpose…and no where at all ….do I find anything …asking us to remember HIS birth???
PEACE with JOY is the best wish for everyone at this time of the year!

This little…Sweetie Pie…of the Cardinal Bird Family…ask me to send this special arrangement of him sitting in this beautiful HOLLY Shrub with all these cherry “RED” berries…his favorite color…and the CHRISTMAS GREEN leaves….just showing him off…looking like a million…while …”We Wish You…ALL…a MERRY CHRISTMAS!”

“LOOK!” “WHAT I FOUND!”
If you can remember what “MEN” worn… when you see “Knickerbockers” …you know that this PHOTO…is a real TREASURE…just for age of PHOTO…but most importantly the people on the PHOTO…never looked so good…even with the old Knickerbockers???
In the photo …that is my younger… brother, DENNY and MELBA MICHAUD… and standing behind them is the bike… that my FATHER finally brought out to the GERMAN Saint Vincent ORPHANAGE… and of course …everyone wanted to ride it.
Melba was in the same grade as I was and we were good friends and also at least a year older than my brother DENNY. As I am thinking back to the time that this photo was taken, by me – – Melba and her sisters and a brother …came to live at the Orphanage some years after my brothers and I … came to the Orphanage… and then… Melba and her sisters and brother left maybe a year or two before I graduated from the eighth grade and then left.
When I look through… some of these old photos… some of the girls I knew back then…I often think of as… FAMILY…and at this time of the year …you get to wondering HOW they are …and WHAT they are doing…hopefully… they are all still alive and all doing well??? So… to all of my “Orphan Family” “Merry Christmas” – – ——HAPPY HOLIDAYS and wishing you all the best of everything in this coming NEW YEAR 2016! DV

“Tommy…HOME…for the HOLIDAYS…”
“When you ring the DOOR BELL…after MIDNIGHT…and you want .. for ME… to open the “DOOR” – – I will wring your NECK… just check with TOM – – see if I did a good job of ringing his NECK??
The above old PHOTO …sure does look like I am doing the best job of ringing TOM’s NECK… even looks like a drop or two of blood…even the eyes look… as if he is not receiving enough blood to the BRAIN.
Sure looks as if …I am enjoying this painful situation…nothing like having lots of FUN…when your brothers receive their “LEAVE” so they can come HOME for the HOLIDAYS!
It is surprising that “HOLLYWOOD” did not make a big STAR out of TOM…when he was in the “BUILDING”…since ELVIS… left the BUILDING …as TOM would keep your attention…for HOURS…and you would be dying…since you were laughing so hard…and in stitches with the tears of laughter just running down your cheeks! He just knew so many funny things to say about so much…never needed for someone to write any scripts for him…some people just have a natural tendency to seeing to it…that everyone is having a good time a time that you won’t soon forget…and you will be back for more FUN and ENJOYMENT…and everyone knows…LAUGHTER is.. GOOD MEDICINE!
“Sure do hope that all of our young men and women…that serve in AMERICA’s ARMED FORCES…have “LEAVE” to come HOME for the HOLIDAYS!”

“Denny …HOME for the HOLIDAYS…”
Just found this old PHOTO…of Denny and ME…only wish that it was not damaged…but when one travels to Florida and back again… some tines “good care” is not thought of…for the wonderful “PHOTOS” that keep us looking…so … good…forever!
Those were the days…when I just LOVED “HATS”… and nothing better…than to try on… my younger brother, Denny’s ARMY dress hat. The Government sure can make you feel PROUD…when you have the right hat on!
On the table in front of us… is one of the KREY PACKING Company’s… finest HAM’s…best eating…makes a terrific sandwich! For the HOLIDAYS…the one thing that we all did like to have available for company…would be a good HOLIDAY HAM…and all the sides…so easy to dish up…and just sit back and have good times remembering and …catching up…on who did what…and where???
