“Tom the “CAMERA” is this way!”
“Thomas” – the CAMERA is over here!” “We want to see your face!” “I know that it looks like Daddy is smoking – but he can still talk – without everybody seeing him – even move his lips!!” “If you turn your head toward the camera – and – we can get this picture taking over with – we can go and play – so see if you can turn your head!”
It is hard for me to talk – as you can see that my neck is still swollen some – as Tommy – did have the “MUMPS” and he gave them to me. What Tommy is trying to find out – is – if – he will for sure get to go to CALIFORNIA with DADDY ??? I was going to get to go to CALIFORNIA – but I just come down with those MUMPS that Tommy – so nicely gave to me. “Nothing like a free gift – that keeps you from going with Daddy to California – as he will be working on the ships as a “welder” – this is the years that AMERICA – was doing its part in WWII – and everybody – back then – dd whatever they could – to bring this WAR to an end!
“Daddy sure looks good in that uniform – he was working as a guard – as I have another picture of him standing with the whole group of men – that work for that COMPANY – – and they were having a Company PHOTO made – – a copy given – to each of he men – -at that time.”
“Well – Tom – if you will only – look toward the “CAMERA – we can all start to sing to you??” “HAPPY BIRTHDAY” and many more to TOM!”

“75 + 76 + 77 = 228”
When you add the ages of these “young” oldies – they average 76 years of age. They sure do look good – it must be – because they are so active – like flying up and down the slide! Sure looks like they have taken possession of the slide – there are no other boys and girls trying to get in – and on this slide – – for – all of the “FUN” – – that these three are having!
I remember – that when these three would get together – and there might be a few others around – that these three would have so much funny stuff to talk about that the laughter in the room – was so loud – and as they would continue to carry on – one of them trying to out do the other – – you could see the ceiling slowing rising a couple feet – – there is something about “contagious laughter” – – that without and hardly – a word – everybody – is getting to feel like this is the best day – that they ever had – – since “Laughter is GOOD MEDICINE!” *****
Do you like numbers?? There is another number associated with the three in the above photo! When you are in the Orphanage – you are assigned a number – whatever belongs to you – must be stamped and or with indelible ink be marked – so that what is your’s – will always be yours and – I am guessing that – you should be able to – depend on receiving your own clothes – but that does not always work – as I personally have a story about that!
Once – you have been given – – your “NUMBER” – – you and everybody knows “YOU” by your “NUMBER” – – as the NUNS would only call “YOU” by your number! So, TOM was number 79 – and DENNY number 78 and lucky me – my number was 91. Through the years – that I was there – and from hearing so many called by their number – there are a lot of the girls and only one boy – whose “NUMBERS” are still floating around in my brain??? ***** “HAPPY BIRTHDAY ***** HAPPY BIRTHDAY TOM” *****

“I am feeling better!”
I think that I over heard Tom say on the telephone, “I feel better today – better than the day before – – and in a couple of weeks – I kind of feel that – that I will be feeling … so good… It just came to me – that … I may even feel as good as I did … when, I was 18 – – and so full of vim and vigor!”
Something else – – that – I overheard was this – “I can see so well – that as I glanced at the calendar – did you also notice – and – so, that is why you are calling, me – – to remind me , that – this “FRIDAY – the Thirteenth of February” – is my “BIG” .. BIRTHDAY!”
Looks like everybody will be celebrating this weekend since it is Tom’s “BIG 75th BIRTHDAY” – on the 13th, Friday and – then – on the 14th, Saturday – is the day for everybody to celebrate some more – with the “LOVE” of their LIFE!
So, now the McClarren Family has a lot to be Thankful for – and that is that we are once again – each – one of us three little “KIDS” are one year old er – than the next. “As old as we are now “75 – 76 – 77” – we will continue to play like we are catching up – but we are “LUCKY” – no one can get older than one year – as TIME FLY’S BY!”
“Don’t forget to call “TOM” – and sing the SONG that he wants to hear – his favorite song on “FRIDAY” – …”HAPPY BIRTHDAY… – and many more!”

“Future Generations”
This is to follow up with the article written for yesterday.
After writing yesterday, I had to “GOOGLE” further and check out other stories about our Children – here – in AMERICA – and could hardly believe what I was reading. Surely – the stories in the NEWS and on “GOOGLE” – must be getting some people to witness together – to make some drastic changes in how and why are we KILLING OUR CHILDREN??
How can we be any kind of a NATION – on this EARTH – if we kill all our young children? Are the people in America – all – so self-centered in only their selves – which they think that they are going to live on this earth forever?? Do we believe that we will be young forever and do not need other human beings – to help work and produce some kind of an existence?
What happens to these “KILLERS” of our children? Are we putting them – the KILLERS in jail forever? Or – do we give them, the KILLERS – the same kind of punishment as they decided to do and or inflict on the child – which they decided – could not live here on this earth any longer?? What if we did to the Killer – that which the KILLER did to the child? Would that being shown for the entire world to see – maybe put an end to some of this unmerciful killing??
It seems to me – that people today put no value of a LIFE? Something is missing in our brains – maybe because of what is shown on television – people are seen shot down and run over and drowned and like the last story – that I read about – the father throws a five year beautiful daughter off a bridge – to fall to her death? WHY – WHAT was wrong with that family – that brought about the killing of a five year girl? What did the five year girl do – that she deserved to be thrown over the bridge – and then fall to her death?? I cannot understand this kind of behavior of a “LOVING PARENT” that feels that they must “KILL” their own flesh and blood?
“WHY – that is the question – that I do not see the answer to – on these stories about the KILLING OF CHILDREN – “WHY” – whatever the reason for the crime – we must know “WHY!?” Otherwise – we will never be able to correct all of the misery that is starting to cover the face – of “AMERICA?”
Inquiring minds want to know. That is me – I want to know “WHY?” I want to know – if anything is – or is anyone doing anything – at all – about saving our gifts from the Almighty? Someone has to start to look out for our children – we have to find out what is really going on – and we have to start to work together – to put an end to the KILLING OF OUR CHILDREN – what can you do to help me in this situation??
I am looking for ideas of what we can do – and I feel that this situation – just cannot wait any longer – Let’s all join together in this – a joint effort – and let us all start with a prayer?… D.V.

“Grandma’s thoughts on Michael Snyder’s story”
Today as the BOTT RADIO NETWORK was broadcasting some editorials by different writers – I caught part of a story – and what I heard – I could not believe. So, to find out what had happened – the few words that made sense – I typed in to see what “GOOGLE” would pull up?
“Baby girl – only 22 days old – dies in car – as parents eat in Florida Restaurant!”
“I cannot believe what I am reading” – in AMERICA – people are so selfish that they can give their selves every fancy delight and could not care – what they spend to enjoy everything and anything – so long as it is for their own selfish selves!”
We lived in Florida – in the 1960’s– and I know that in December it is cold – too cold for a new-born baby to be strapped to and in a baby seat – and they probably were driving to the Restaurant and had a window down – and in and around the “SUPPER” hour there is something dangerous about the “NIGHT AIR” – that a new-born baby – just should not be left out in a car for “HOURS!”
The article by Michael Snyder – January 1st, 2015 needs to be read by everyone – since we are all living in some kind of a fog? The little girl was just born on December 1st, 2014 and only 22 days old. From what I had read – this poor little girl was not feed at all what she should have received – since she was 4 pounds – and I know that – she should have been at least 8 pounds – that is – if she was receiving a proper amount of formula-food – at least according to what my doctor prescribed for my children.
“Why bring children into this world – if you have no desire to LOVE and CARE for the child in the way that the Almighty – wants for us to treat all of His children?” What I cannot understand is – “Why let the baby girl – your daughter – starve to death?”Babies have a lot to contend with – just being born- they need clothing – they need to be held in a loving and caring and protective way – they need their mother to talk and sing to them – and most importantly they need to be “BREAST FED” – to give them the best start in LIFE – that is possible to give a child of your own.
“Would it “kill you” – the newborn’s own “mother” – to feed your very own child??” “Why would you cause your very own – lovely little baby girl more suffering – than is necessary to bare – to let your very own little baby girl – cry out with starving stomach pains?” “How can you be so cruel – to the little one that you should LOVE and PROTECT?” “What happened to your “MOTHER’s LOVE” – do you have any LOVE for any of your other children?
When parents can only give to their own selfish selves – every “DELIGHT” that they want – and can do all the indulging in their own fine living – no wonder the Almighty has to let some of these “disasters” hit AMERICA – sending a “WAKE-UP CALL” – hoping to get our attention – to turn around and start living a LIFE of LOVE and KINDNESS for the most precious “GIFTS” that He gives to us – our children!

“Blessed to be a Blessing…”
“Sometimes in LIFE – I’m guessing that each of us stops – to think “What am I suppose to do next?” We are taught very early in LIFE – to learn something – and hopefully “something” that we would enjoy doing and still be able to make a living – raise our own FAMILY – and be satisfied with our work – each and every day. But, something is nagging us – on the inside – we are continually asking ourselves – “What if?” and “What is next?” and more questions keep coming up – and soon – we feel as if we took the wrong road, somewhere down there – “How do I know which road is right, now?!”
This is natural for all of us – but we must persevere in our endeavors – and always keep the “HOPE” that is found in the Holy Scriptures as our “Guiding Light” as we all know that we cannot succeed in any activity of LIFE – without the “LIGHT” since we cannot find our way in darkness. If we check with our “TRUE SOURCE” – we will find the way – the “WAY” that is to be our way – the correct path – the path that will lead to our “DREAM” – which is found by closing those doors that no longer apply to achieving the “DREAM” – and opening this new door that has been laid out from the beginning of time – just for us!
Along the way – that is “OUR WAY” – we meet “GUIDES” that have the special plan – that has been set up for us – our individual plan – which our “HEAVENLY FATHER” has assigned the “BLESSED GUIDE”- as the one to lead us – on our way – if only we will believe and see – that which we do not understand – but must develop an “understanding” – that is living in our “being” – maybe known and maybe unknown to us.
There are some amongst us – who might be called “Blessed” – Leader types – which would be our “Guides” – but not entirely known to us – but with FAITH and HOPE and the developing of our understanding – we will follow our true “GUIDE” and eventually reach our DREAMS – our GOALS – our DESTINY – as pre-ordained.
Nothing is easy – as we travel – lots of trial and error along the way.
So, in our quest – we see that some who are our GUIDES are truly “BLESSED” – and as we work with these GUIDES – we will get the feeling that we, our “own self” – would also like to be as BLESSED – so that we might also carry on this special BLESSING – to the next generation and as far into the future – as to the end of all of our DESTINIES – since this is the better way – or maybe we should say the BEST WAY!
If only we “all ” could be – “Blessed – so as to – always be a Blessing to others!”
