“Trump Surprises Family”
Analysis: Tensions With Democrats on Full Display

While President Trump sought to strike a unifying tone, the tensions with Democrats after the rancorous impeachment process were on full display.
Ahead of his remarks, Democratic House Speaker Nancy Pelosi appeared to reach out her hand to the president, who did not shake it. At the conclusion of his address, Mrs. Pelosi stood behind the president and ripped up the remarks.
The political division was also clear throughout the room. When the president’s entrance was announced, loud cheering and whistles broke out on the Republian side of the aisle, while many Democrats stood quietly, not clapping. Republicans then started chanting, “Four More Years,” clapping in unison.
During the remarks, when Mr. Trump said, “The state of our union is stronger than ever before,” Republicans again rose to their feet and cheered, while Democrats sat still.
Three Democratic senators who are vying for the Democratic presidential nomination — Elizabeth Warren of Massachusetts, Bernie Sanders of Vermont, and Amy Klobuchar of Minnesota — weren’t in the House chamber for the State of the Union. Sen. Michael Bennet of Colorado, who also is running in the Democratic presidential primary, was in attendance.

After President Trump finished, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi tore up the copy of the speech that the president handed her at the beginning. She set the scraps on the desk, not bothering to hide her disdain for the president’s presentation in front of the cameras.
As Mrs. Pelosi left the U.S. Capitol shortly before midnight, reporters asked her why she had torn up her copy of Mr. Trump’s speech.
“Because it was a manifesto of mistruths,” she said.
“Will you invite him to another State of the Union again?” one reporter asked.
“Of course,” Mrs. Pelosi said. “Hopefully not! We’re expecting another president nine months from today.”
In the chamber, a few Democrats had walked out of the State of the Union speech early.
“I can’t stand a liar,” tweeted Bill Pascrell Jr. (D., N.J.), after leaving. “This man’s presidency is a national tragedy.”
“I’ve had enough,” tweeted Rep. Tim Ryan (D., Ohio), who also walked out. “It’s like watching professional wrestling. It’s all fake.”

With Reality Show Flourish, Trump Surprises Family By Announcing Return of Deployed Soldier

In true reality TV show fashion, President Trump surprised the family of a deployed service member, Sgt. First Class Townsend Williams by announcing that the sergeant was there in the chamber, home from deployment.
“We have a very special surprise,” Mr. Trump said.
Amy Williams from Fort Bragg, N.C., covered her mouth in shock as a murmur rippled through the crowd and her husband, in dress uniform, walked down the stairs to where she sat in the front row of the First Family’s box.
She had to show her two children, six-year-old Elliana and three-year-old Rowan, that their father was there in front of them. When Sgt. Williams picked up his small son, the boy dropped his head into his fathers chest, curling up into a ball in his arms.
Melania Trump came over to greet the reunited family and Republicans all began chanting “USA USA USA,” pounding their fists in the air.
A few moments earlier, most Democrats had applauded when President Trump spoke of killing ISIS leader al-Baghdadi. Among those who stood and clapped were Speaker Nancy Pelsoi and House impeachment managers Adam Schiff of California and Hakeem Jeffries.
Mr. Trump’s recognition of Kelli and Gage Hake, the family of fallen servicemember Christopher Hake, got a standing ovation from both sides of the aisle when he said, “To Kelli and Gage: Chris will live in our hearts forever.”
Mrs. Hake put her hand over her heart and fought back tears during the applause.
While videos of families reunited are popular and heartwarming, for some who serve, the return home can take months of readjustment.
Servicemembers have to reacclimate to civilian life, while their families have to readjust to a loved one’s return after months away. Some troops struggle with post traumatic stress and other traumas from war.

“Sending a Message of Blessings for Tommy”
Just have to send … one more extra special BIRTHDAY WISH to little brother TOMMY… just hoping that this HAPPY Birthday song … makes you feel real good… the day after the big party!
“Just for you… sit back and enjoy…turn it on… NOW!”
“So… after an evening where there were lots of good food served and everyone that was invited… has had a very good time…what I am saying is… just maybe we all partook of a little too much of the good food… and especially the terrific desert… one must do some exercise to make sure that we retain our younger days’ good figure… which would include a real workout!”
One way to get a real good workout… that is something to do that will knock those extra pounds off real quick… start riding a motorcycle … up and down and over hill and dale… it is almost like riding a horse… where as you get to bounce those extra pounds off … everywhere on the body…that hits the saddle ten times or more!
It is good to see that my little brother takes my advice and starts the day off with a good amount of exercise… as I did forget to tell TOM about my exercise program each and everyday.
Sometimes an exercise program is too much for one to do everyday… but – even at my age and everyday I still run around the block eight (8) times… just for my good health.
When I get up and out of bed… I reach under the bed and pull out my “block” and put it in the center of the room… start running my eight times around it…bend over to pick up the block… put it back under the bed… and I feel fit as a fiddle and ready for my breakfast! Just the best exercise program plan for when you are over… the age of 80!
Looks like “Tom McClarren” is ready to start a workout program of riding toward another great year… which then will be the “BIG 80 Birthday!” From all of us … Congratulations!

“Happy Birthday Tommy” and Many More”
So Lucky to be able to catch our little TOMMY… getting all ready for his big BIRTHDAY party…today!
Looking at this PHOTO… it seems that men must have a cigar in the mouth as they are getting ready for something special? If Tommy was not singing and or humming some tune… I would not have had the nerve to crash his getting ready situation… as he was going to be too late to be at his own Birthday Party… someone just had to open the door… to let him know… TIME waits for no MAN… not even little… TOMMY, himself!
Well… here we are … out in the backyard… waiting for the “BIRTHDAY BOY” … TOMMY … if only he could hurry on up and get out here… or maybe… we might just… all have to take off without him!
There is nothing like having a Big Birthday PARTY… when it is going to be for our A#1 “Mr. WONDERFUL, Himself”… so let’s all get out there and start singing to the HIGH HEAVEN… that’s so that “DENNY. Himself”… can join in … with all of us way down here!

“Brother TOM’s Birthday is around the Corner”
Just looking at some nice PHOTOS of beautiful flowers that are growing in my little brother Tom’s garden… and they are all just so beautiful… in fact so beautiful… that I do believe that Tom has a green thumb!
So… after looking and giving some thought… remembered an old saying from the Bible…
Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it. …..Proverbs 22;6 (KJV)
So… I started looking for an old PHOTO of little Tommy…that I remember… that he is holding a little “garden” hand shovel, but as it is… I can not find it fast enough NOW… but do have one of little TOMMY and without his little digging tool!
and… With this… a much later PHOTO… you can see that “BIG and Older TOM” is using a “TOOL” NOW… suited for growing more beautiful flowers in his yard and wherever he finds a nice place to plant … that which is an award Winning Garden… so much so… that even the Newspapers had do a story on him and his wife Rose … as I do believe that TOM does have a genuine GREEN Thumb!
Thinking about “Brother TOM” just have to give THANKS… to the Almighty because… He gave to TOMMY so many wonderful GIFTS early in LIFE… and it is good to see that as a little TOMMY… all of the talents did not go to waste… TOM realized early on… that he had what it takes to follow that path that was set before him and therefore… by staying on the very best and correct course… Tom is a WINNER.
You know that you did good… when you did that which was in that plan of LIFE just for you to do… and so you received a terrific reward NOW … of being able to say…”I’m the big “80” on the thirteenth… that is a Lucky day for ME!”
Wishing for TOM… to have many Blessings to come and for a nice long life to enjoy with Family and Friends… forever D.V.
