Ice Cream Soda and Music!
Today was a “Hot Day” so I decided to fix an ice cream orange soda and listen to music provided online. Listening to Aero Radio Station – Aero50s and thought I would add the above picture of me taken in the 1950’s! Also, was working at the telephone company, and the blouse has lots of little telephones on it, and made by me!
“Lollipop” she’s the one, I don’t mean maybe! She’s my baby! “Are the stars out tonight? I only have eyes for you. You are here and so am I! Oh, boy you don’t know what you are a missing? Oh boy! Oh boy! (some of the lines from some of the music)
“Peggy Sue” if you only knew “Peggy Sue” oh my heart’s yours “Peggy Sue” “Peggy Sue” I love you! My “Peggy Sue” you’re the one!
How can you mend a broken heart? Put your head on my shoulder – Tell me you love me! Tell me you love me – too? Make my “Dreams” come true!
Well, so much for writing a few lines from some of the music as it is playing and in no special order of songs and mixed up completely as I am enjoying an ice cream soda!
Long live “Rock and Roll!” The music sure keeps my feet moving – just like when I was “18” – keeps the “old bones” feeling as good as I did in the good old 1950’s!
“Contact me – Mary Ellen McClarren” – with old and “NEW” news – and pictures if you want me to write up something about the “Good Old Days!” “OKAY!”
