Have you ever “WORKED” the “NIGHT SHIFT” and then… the first thing in the morning, you leave work at 7:00 a.m. and at “eight in the morning” you need to find a parking place as you must be at COLLEGE… before you hardly know what you are doing… and the big topper of this day… your first class will be… Physical Ed?

How did I get myself into this… doing too much stuff… not thinking about my getting any SLEEP?

One never knows why the things… that we plan to do … can we do, and for just how long… put ourselves in work and learning positions, that if we would have really used our brains to do some planning… surely we would have made better plans.

It was not until I was in COLLEGE… that, I finally did learn “HOW TO STAND ON MY HEAD!” (Do not die laughing!)

Just think about it… work all night… then drive miles to COLLEGE and in a hurry, can not be late, have to change into my GYM clothes… and as tired… as I might be, well just forget that … there I am standing… on my head!

BUT… NOW I KNOW the correct way to get up and all balanced correctly … as if I really needed to learn how to stand on my HEAD… never since… have I been required to do it… but NOW if ever I have to stand on my head … hope not now… as I am not that young teenybopper… finally, I have that lesson in LIFE … mastered.

That is the “BOSS” … winding her chair till it is the right height, guessing that her name is “FRANKIE” and then next to her a good friend “MARY MURPHY” and have another photo of her at our office door… at Christmas time when our office and everything was all decorated and she is wishing everyone a “MERRY CHRISTMAS” so that… and if you ever take the time to look through the different “POSTS” you will see her.

And the next lady seated is another “MARY” but, her last name can not remember and when I put this camera down … I will be sitting at the next open position where I left my headset… and depending on the night we may and or we might not be too busy.

This is way back… when … you did have to dial “OPERATOR” to be connected to most telephone numbers and when there were also those “COIN BOX PHONES” … and lots of them all over… almost every business would have one or more depending on the traffic through their business.
