“Christmas for a Dollar”…a Must Watch…

America is in the midst of the Depression, and the Kamp family is struggling to get by. With only a dollar to spare, the children use it to buy special gifts for each other, and find out money isn’t what makes Christmas a time of joy and miracles.

She’s a great compassionate author. I loved it. Please tell her I said Thank you and God Bless
Thank you for sharing! So is her grandpa the boy with the paralysis? So this is a true story? Was it filmed at the Village at “This is the Place” Monument at the mouth of Emmigration Canyon in SLC? Sure looks like that place. Very nice family film. Good actors, except that I think the oldest school girls look like adults. They just look too old.
Kast Iron Woman Yes her grandpa is the boy with the Paralysis. I actually don’t know where it is filmed but honestly it is very likely because my aunt lives in UTAH and so do I. So if it looks like it than probably. I don’t see her often but we are close and I still text her. She has other books out there. She is super sweet. She is actually my great Aunt, but I am apart of the Sears . So this story I believe is a true story, my grandma showed me picture of grandpa (the boy w paralysis) and he had to wear a boot cast thing, and there is an actual box too!
I absolutely love it I would have never known this was a book or would it have fallen into my lap unless enough people gave it the thumbs up and shared it and it caught the algorithm and fell into my recommended feed and I am so blessed that it did please thank her what a wonderful story.
