“Celebrating December Birthdays”

When you are turning the big “Three Years Old” and just looking at the cake baked,  just for your Birthday… what can you be thinking… that YOU will remember?

“As I remember, the blowing out of the candles was a big deal… and comes and goes so fast… that for “little Lee”  I did light the candles a couple of times so that… he could get the hang of it… or the joy of getting to blow the candles out… just by himself!”

Lee 3 001Same table as in the next photo, which was set for Tommy, with Birthday on December 13th!

But since we have guests – – LEE Jr.,  the BIRTHDAY BOY is  now  at the head of the table and still so young  – –  having  relatives – we did  have to lengthen the table to accommodate  extra  family   – – bearing gifts – – – – and then for the very young children – – you do have to  make a big production of the “BIG BIRTHDAY” – – – other-wise  “HOW” does a small child know … this is their very “OWN” and “special” day?

“HAPPY BIRTHDAY”  – – to TOMMY and Lee Jr. – – and many more…!”

P.S. “One more – – for you to grow on!”

And… NOW…

Friday the 13th – Tom’s Birthday

Tom's Birthday 001

Looks like everyone is helping  “Tom Aldrich” put out the fire!

(left to right)  Lee Jr. – Tom Aldrich – Donald – Lee Sr., and father  to all – also trying to blow out the candles!

Everybody loves to help – when there is a  “Birthday Cake” looking so good and a party wanting to start!

And just one more photo… a favorite of  everyone’s’…

Lee & Al 001

This is wonderful little Lee,  and now he has a  brand new little brother,  baby Al!

We always wondered just what Lee was thinking when he was viewing his “baby brother Al” in the  NEW little basket baby crib?
