Sometimes in LIFE, you have to just sit back and take a rest… and as some others might say… “Smell the Roses”… but when you are at that… “Golf Course in Fort Lauderdale, Florida”… you just have to sit down and let your wife take a couple of Photos of you and your friend…

And then… you start to thinking that… this going to the “Golf Course” in the afternoon a couple of times during the week… has you wondering, “what in the world… took me so long to figure out … that this is very good fun and relaxing… for an old soul like me?”

“Good Memories of Lee Aldrich Sr.”

Always remembering Lee Aldrich Sr., today… tomorrow and forever!

Just have to start with memories… of our second son, baby AL… the fun times we all had and this Photo of Lee and baby Al… in front of the mirror… both enjoying the up and down and baby Al, loves the floating around high in the air!

“August 1st – Lee’s Birthday – ends on 31st”

Celebrating “Lee G. Aldrich Sr. Birthday” on August 1st and for all of the month, till and even on the 31st, and forever, as long as we can celebrate “BIRTHDAYS” by remembering those, that we did LOVE and that we will always LOVE, and until that “DAY” when, we are again all united together, forever and ever, more – with our CREATOR.

These “Photos” were all taken when we lived in “Fort Lauderdale, Florida” in the 1960’s.

They are all favorites of mine as they are in this small photo frame, which is sitting in my office, just where I will be seeing all of those, that I LOVE…. when we lived in “HEAVEN” because, we… back then, had the “head of our FAMILY” with us… alive and well.

Life, here on Earth, is not suppose to be “Heaven on EARTH” … because of “Adam and Eve” we are NOW on a journey to seek that which is possible to attain, but we do have to take that test of “LIFE.”

Early on, we learn as we go, new lessons daily, and all of our learning, comes to us … starting with our FAMILY.

When I was a child, our Family went to Church, and the PHOTO on the left, above is all of us, dressed and ready for “DADDY” to drive us to Church.

In the next PHOTO is “DADDY… giving MAMA a big “KISS” because, I will be out in the KITCHEN for awhile, just preparing dinner.

The third PHOTO, on the right is “DADDY” home from the RESTAURANT, for a good hour, as he goes in at six o’clock in the morning, getting things ready for the “BREAKFAST” crowd.

Sometimes and after the “LUNCH” rush, “DADDY will come home for his “forty winks rest” in his favorite recliner, so that when he goes back to the “RESTAURANT” he can do more “cooking” and or helping where needed, should a worker not show up, or if , everything has gone just right, he can then … just sit at a table with a customer or two, and do what most customers like to, just have a good “CHAT” with the BOSS!

Here’s the secret to having “HEAVEN” here on EARTH, just in case you need to know.

Wherever YOU are, at home – work – play – and, you are with others, forget about your own-self, always try to be mind-full of those with whom you are around, if you find that, they are happy or sad, do they need something, that maybe only you can give or share with them.

Just take some time to share and or even to help in some special way! “Try to do something, or maybe say some kind words, that will really help!”

Life is really about seeing what, we can do for another, as we are not to sit around, just expecting another to do for us.

We should be the one, to offer HELP to those around us, to be generous in trying to serve another, helping others to feel so good and while doing so, you will find that you, “YOURSELF” … will just feel so much better, just because, you were able to do for someone else, making them feel so much better, than they ever did, before!

It truly is, in that “LOVE and CONCERN” for another, that you are then living a LIFE to the fullness, that will be making you much more healthier and younger, than you have ever felt before! D.V.
