Grandma’s Stories

May 1st 5-3-2012=13=4 ?

I was wondering, Grandma, what’s your take on, what we as a family should be doing  on “N.D. of P” ?? It seems to remind me of the bible story “Braggart”, up front in the temple, bragging of all he has not done, so much better than  the poor “sinner” in the rear, begging for forgiveness.

Today, in America,  we all have fallen short of doing good, but, we could easily do  better with just a little more effort, and  today, will be a mockery to God, when National Organizations, put on a “Big Show”,  pretending to be praying.

Let’s   change the day to be called; “A Walk and Talk Day”, for each person to sincerely speak in earnest to the Deity, they  love as their Creator.

When I was a  little girl, I would ask my father for a pony every time I thought he was listening. Do you know he is dead and buried , and I never received  a pony,  but I did receive a roof over my head and food to eat.
