“God Bless America”
Have you heard Kate Smith, sing , “God Bless America” ? When she would sing, I know , God heard and answered, as well all Americans, during WWII.
At 12noon, on KMOX 1120 radio dial, everyday our radio on, I gave it all I could to sing along, for all the world to hear. We were at war, I did my part, with my wagon, collecting old newspapers and magazines, for the War effort, and any kind of metal and old coffee cans filled with grease.
A swing-type door was added to the garage wall, for chickens and to collect eggs, and a Victory Garden. We all did our part every day, for years. Thank You God, for seeing, hearing and putting an end to WWII in 1945.
