“Things change… and WE just move on”

Nov 1st “Things change… and WE just move on”

Did you ever read a few words somewhere – – – and then your BRAIN….just started to talk back to you – – – and started you thinking…. that what you just read…. seems like “LIFE’s WAY”…

“This life seemed so much easier
Slower in some ways
I love the new technology
But I sure do miss those days.”

The four lines above… tells me that this is the way I was thinking when I was just a young child – – even into the beginning of HIGH SCHOOL… then I started working after SCHOOL – – and had to hurry to the bus to get to work – – and then hurry after “WORK” – – to get HOME and do my lessons for class tomorrow – – and – – then … kind of missed that slower pace – – that I did have – – but now – – I am getting older – – and LIFE is moving in a different direction???

“So time moves on and so do we
And nothing stays the same,
But I sure love to reminisce
And walk down memory lane.”

“WOW” – – When LIFE starts moving on – – It did seem that I had “WINGS” on the back of my heels… as I was just “flying low” – – hurry here and then… faster to there – – and back again – – this “TRAIN” was really picking up momentum – – and – – so many changes – – almost too hard to keep up with!

“With all today’s technology
We grant that it’s a plus!
But it’s fun to look way back and say,
HEY LOOK, GUYS, THAT WAS US!!!”

When “LIFE” makes changes – – there is no turning back – – MARRIAGE and CHILDREN ant wonderful GRAND-CHILDREN – – and the ‘topper’ “GREAT – – Grand-Children” – – When you really stop and think about LIFE – – You know it is all a wonderful “BLESSING” … from the “ALMIGHTY CREATOR” – – that gave us the best of what our “LIFE is all about!”

“Good friends are like quilts……….

“they age with you” – – yet never lose their warmth.”

AND… to finish my thought on all of this… to have “GOOD FRIENDS” through out our entire and long LIFE – – is what we all need – – – – it is like that “security blanket” – – that we start out with – – very early in LIFE – – and as we travel on – – our “BEST QUILT” that covers us… and always stays with us – – through thick and thin – – as times do change – – – – “IT” will never… lose “ITS” warmth!
