Apr 23rd Did you take your “B and P” Vitamin”

Just heard part of a story – earlier today – and with just a little bit  – or should I say a couple of “nuggets” – will add  something of my own  – how do you say wishful thinking – hoping that it will be half-way inspiring?

Sometimes, when we go to Church – some of what the Pastor is saying goes right over our heads – and or we do not think that whatever was said – certainly does not apply to us. It may have been good for some people – but just not our cup of tea? – But …– when you have one of your children sitting right next to you – and they hear – everything and are taking in every word  – just as if it was meant for them. AND …– while the child is listening – cannot say anything in Church – but is doing the next best thing – they are jabbing us … with their  pointy elbow – and with enough power that you are getting a message…  that something important must have been said to them???

So, as leaving the Church – the little girl – maybe 13 years old – tugs on the arm of her Mother and says  – “How come you always ask me – early in the day – “Did you take your VITAMIN, today, – – but you never ask me  – “Did you read something good from your BIBLE, today?” –  The little girl says further…  “Mom…  don’t you think that my “soul” is starving for the message, which is in the BIBLE – so that I will be with you for all eternity?” After all is said and done  –  – what is more important than to be together forever – here and  then – also for all eternity?

As leaving the Church – the Mother caught up with the Pastor and said, “My daughter was paying attention to your special message today – we decided that from now on – we are also going to be taking all of our “VITAMINS” – and … that is each day – we will be taking some of the “B” vitamin – we will be reading daily … from the BIBLE – and one of the more important daily VITAMINS  – – for us to start off with – –  is in the book of  “PSALMS”  – – the one BOOK that helps young people gain the daily WISDOM –  – – that is so very vital for discerning the situation – that we have in today’s world!

A second thought that came to me is that  – – if one had a “high blood pressure” condition – and so many have – since  – in this world that we live in today  – – is turning up-side-down in some of our more important ways of living – and so many find that they are having physical conditions that are giving their “HEART” … a real hard “work-out” and now have to seek a “doctor’s”  – for some help – as they almost feel that the “heart” is about to blow up – and it will be “curtains” for them,  soon – – – but –  I feel  – that if only one will take a look at “Psalms” and “Proverbs” – we are then able to find the real  – self-help we really need – and that our health will  improve so fast – that with our daily  – Vitamins –  reading the “WORD”  – in a daily fashion –  you will find strength  with …renewed vim and vigor that you almost thought you had lost forever.

As – I read daily, I  do date the page that I have read – and sometimes –  you will see that you  are coming  more often – to some very important passages – that – these  really are the prescribed healthy message for over-coming any and all  of our heart aches – and we all – each of us has a daily problem – but… it is best to  read  deeper  – repent – forgive others – and the most important daily message in this world toddy – is to pray  daily for Israel – that  – there is  special blessings  for all of us  – coming to us –  as we read in the BIBLE – so many verses –  spell it out for those who will take he time  and find – – that  – those who pray for ISRAEL…  will be blessed and those that do not pray for ISRAEL…  – will not be blessed. I believe in getting the special blessings that  the – Almighty Yahweh will  give to us – for praying and standing up – –  for Israel!!

Apr 4th “There are “PARTIES” and then there are Parties???”

“WOW!” “What a wonderful day – – – today was so busy and ended up to being a “RED-LETTER DAY” in the “Book of Aldrich!”

In today’s world  – you have to make a “Doctor’s appointment so far in advance – and then when you start to check your calendar – you find that you are over-booking some pretty important things to do –  in your  own “LIFE” –  and you find that you must “PRAY for GUIDANCE “– because – this time schedule  – it is set!

The Doctor’s appointment was a must have. To cancel and move the appointment  to a different date – would end up with me hardly  even – able to  move – and –  or me to  just be a “Sour-Puss” because –  I would be in just too much “pain” to be able to enjoy  –  that which later –  in this day  –  would be the biggest of big – “Happy FAMILY” celebrations! These events should be celebrated for at least a full week – like they did in “days of ole!”

The day did not start off very well at all – my “RIDE” picked me up and left me at the DOCTOR”S Office – and then  – would be back to pick me up at 11:15 a.m.. Then getting me home – since – I had important plans – for later in the day – and since I was at the Doctor’s  at 9:30 a.m. – and –  still waiting in the “WAITING” room and lots of  the patients – coming in later than me – are being seen by the DOCTOR and on their way out!  “WHY?” My name was not called – it was just as if nobody knew  – that I had an appointment – and I was being entirely over-looked???

The “pressure” was building up – inside of me – and I just could not continue to just sit there – so I went up to ask the “In-take” person – “What time do you have me down for  – for today’s appointment?” Her reply was “YOU will be seen next, your appointment was for 10:00 a.m. – You are next!” Two more “other” patients were called and went in to be  seen by the DOCTOR! Well, this  – I could not take – so there I was – waiting patiently while the “in-take” person turn  to me after finishing the  her telephone call  – as she looked up at me – I had to start in, “It is after 10:30 a.m.  – And I have someone coming to pick me up at 11:15 a.m.  –  there just is no way  – you are going to be able to NOW  fit me in for my appointment – which is suppose to include an x-ray!?” “I may as call  my “RIDE” and leave – if I am only going to sit here?” – “I’m ringing the Doctor’s assistant – she will be  here any minute!”

So, I move myself  over –  to the door where the patients  go in  – to be seen by  the Doctor – a couple of patients who were done –  were coming out the door to leave the office – and I continue to stand there – my blood pressure was going up – as I hate to  even go to the DOCTORS – and then  for this appointment –   it was  going all wrong – and this is the first time and  day –that this type of  a delay has ever happen to me – something was all wrong??

The nurse came to the door and called my name – “That’s me” – so  – I follow her to a room – and she said someone would be to see me – and it was the x-ray technician – – – – x-ray done and ushered to another room – when someone else came in and took some info  – – received a call – had to leave the room. I felt so bad that I had said anything at all – as it is FRIDAY – the day that Jesus Christ was put on the cross and  – here I am with “pain”  – but nothing like He had to suffer – and nothing at all like some many other people in this world are suffering daily  – and  they are not complaining – I just then had to ask the Almighty Yahweh, to forgive me and my little pity  party – as it is a sad case  for me – when I think it is  too bad –  for poor old me  –  when – everyday in my daily readings in the BIBLE – I read  – that we only have temporary sufferings here – but there will be a day to come – we will  receive and enjoy eternity  with HIS “JOY and HAPPINESS” and that  is in the “BOOK”  and will be forever.

Shorty, after my having asked for forgiveness – I felt as if the rest of the day would be what the Almighty wanted for  me to really enjoy – and now I realize that things in this world are not to go my way –but for me to do HIS WAY – and then I will know I am doing what I should be doing.  – – The Doctor came in and after talking with her and the “short in the knee”– I almost feel like – – that “eighteen year-old – that lives – trapped inside – this old bag of bones” is learning another lesson on her journey in LIFE –to be content and then enjoyment will follow.

“WOW!” – “That’s just exactly what happened!”  – If you know what “D.V.” stands for???- then in the next  day or two – I’ll have more to write and with PHOTOS!”
