“Jaime’s Wedding Day”
This is – April the 4th of 2015 – and Saturday morning – so this should be “FRONT PAGE NEWS” – – From this day forward – – Miss Jaime Aldrich will and now – and forever – be called … Mrs. Tyler Cardwell – – and the best part of a story like this is – that they always – begin with a – – “Once upon a time…-” – and then – this part of the story would be the “x-rated” – so there-fore I must not tell all of the secrets of this – – – a most wonderful part of their story – – – that is because if you were “LUCKY” to have been married and in Church – – – you would now know – that the story continues with – and then… they went on their “HONEYMOON Trip” – – and they had the most glorious of times – – traveling to all the great wonders of the world … – – and then, after having so much fun and excitement to last them … for a very long, long time – – and then, like most good stories that I had read – at least over a hundred years before… – – – and even beyond… there is always the best part … of endings that come in all “LOVE” stories… – – and then … they rode off and into the “SUNSET” – – where they lived – – “Happily” – FOREVER and FOREVER – and here is where I forget – – – is it – ??? “AMEN!…” ??? – – or is it the other ending – – the one you never expect to come so soon – – -“That’s All Folks” – – – THE END! *****
The above photo is of Mr. and Mrs. Tyler Cardwell – and surrounded by the two little – beautiful Flower Girls and the “main” MAN – – in this ceremony the RING- Bearer – everyone is patiently waiting to be told – where and when to move – for the next photo – to their next spot to stand and look pretty – and to say “CHEESE” – if that’s what it takes to make you look exciting – – Everyone knows – that some of these photos may not turn out too good, today – but then… when – you turn … old and gray – – 100 years from now – it is the terrific… “MEMORIES” of this day … that turn on the “MAGIC” – making your LOVE for each other – that will last – forever!!!

“Happy Easter” to everyone!
“Easter” is the beginning of the “Seasons” – this is the time of the year that one should think about where your “Treasure” really is?? New beginnings – – “Yahshua the Messiah” has risen – conquering death and sin – having taken on our sin debt – that we may have LIFE to the fullest!
May the Almighty’s Blessings be with everyone today – “EASTER” – as this is the day to which – we really celebrate a Happy and Joyous occasion – together with our Families!
The Son of the Almighty came to save us and He did have a very special interest in the young children – as we read the WORD – He wants our children protected and cared for with LOVE and as everyone knows – today it is very difficult to see to it that our children – always receive that LOVE and Protection – that they need.
The above picture of the children – remind me that young children should always receive “Family LOVE” as only can be found in a true FAMILY atmosphere!
“Have a Happy and Blessed Easter with the FAMILY!”

“There are “PARTIES” and then there are Parties???”
“WOW!” “What a wonderful day – – – today was so busy and ended up to being a “RED-LETTER DAY” in the “Book of Aldrich!”
In today’s world – you have to make a “Doctor’s appointment so far in advance – and then when you start to check your calendar – you find that you are over-booking some pretty important things to do – in your own “LIFE” – and you find that you must “PRAY for GUIDANCE “– because – this time schedule – it is set!
The Doctor’s appointment was a must have. To cancel and move the appointment to a different date – would end up with me hardly even – able to move – and – or me to just be a “Sour-Puss” because – I would be in just too much “pain” to be able to enjoy – that which later – in this day – would be the biggest of big – “Happy FAMILY” celebrations! These events should be celebrated for at least a full week – like they did in “days of ole!”
The day did not start off very well at all – my “RIDE” picked me up and left me at the DOCTOR”S Office – and then – would be back to pick me up at 11:15 a.m.. Then getting me home – since – I had important plans – for later in the day – and since I was at the Doctor’s at 9:30 a.m. – and – still waiting in the “WAITING” room and lots of the patients – coming in later than me – are being seen by the DOCTOR and on their way out! “WHY?” My name was not called – it was just as if nobody knew – that I had an appointment – and I was being entirely over-looked???
The “pressure” was building up – inside of me – and I just could not continue to just sit there – so I went up to ask the “In-take” person – “What time do you have me down for – for today’s appointment?” Her reply was “YOU will be seen next, your appointment was for 10:00 a.m. – You are next!” Two more “other” patients were called and went in to be seen by the DOCTOR! Well, this – I could not take – so there I was – waiting patiently while the “in-take” person turn to me after finishing the her telephone call – as she looked up at me – I had to start in, “It is after 10:30 a.m. – And I have someone coming to pick me up at 11:15 a.m. – there just is no way – you are going to be able to NOW fit me in for my appointment – which is suppose to include an x-ray!?” “I may as call my “RIDE” and leave – if I am only going to sit here?” – “I’m ringing the Doctor’s assistant – she will be here any minute!”
So, I move myself over – to the door where the patients go in – to be seen by the Doctor – a couple of patients who were done – were coming out the door to leave the office – and I continue to stand there – my blood pressure was going up – as I hate to even go to the DOCTORS – and then for this appointment – it was going all wrong – and this is the first time and day –that this type of a delay has ever happen to me – something was all wrong??
The nurse came to the door and called my name – “That’s me” – so – I follow her to a room – and she said someone would be to see me – and it was the x-ray technician – – – – x-ray done and ushered to another room – when someone else came in and took some info – – received a call – had to leave the room. I felt so bad that I had said anything at all – as it is FRIDAY – the day that Jesus Christ was put on the cross and – here I am with “pain” – but nothing like He had to suffer – and nothing at all like some many other people in this world are suffering daily – and they are not complaining – I just then had to ask the Almighty Yahweh, to forgive me and my little pity party – as it is a sad case for me – when I think it is too bad – for poor old me – when – everyday in my daily readings in the BIBLE – I read – that we only have temporary sufferings here – but there will be a day to come – we will receive and enjoy eternity with HIS “JOY and HAPPINESS” and that is in the “BOOK” and will be forever.
Shorty, after my having asked for forgiveness – I felt as if the rest of the day would be what the Almighty wanted for me to really enjoy – and now I realize that things in this world are not to go my way –but for me to do HIS WAY – and then I will know I am doing what I should be doing. – – The Doctor came in and after talking with her and the “short in the knee”– I almost feel like – – that “eighteen year-old – that lives – trapped inside – this old bag of bones” is learning another lesson on her journey in LIFE –to be content and then enjoyment will follow.
“WOW!” – “That’s just exactly what happened!” – If you know what “D.V.” stands for???- then in the next day or two – I’ll have more to write and with PHOTOS!”

“Wonder-DOG Flies Again!”
This is “Wonder-DOG – and he likes to “FLY” and save the world! The only thing- “Wonder-DOG” heard was “let’s go Flying” – and immediately put on his :”Flying ” goggles – poor old “Wonder-DOG – did not hear us say… ” Let’s take a quick dip in the tub – and see how clean we can get ?”
Does that “look” – that “Wonder-DOG” – is giving us – is that a sour look – and – is he saying – “You guys – you tricked me again!” “Remember – that when you want “me” to save the day for you again – – I will be playing a joke on you!”
And – a – P.S. from “Wonder-DOG” – “Just so you know – this is no “APRIL 1st – FOOL’s JOKE!”

“Baby-EASTER Chick”- Hides for Safety!
Following the story from yesterday, this is the 4th and last of the four “Baby-CHICKS” that I bought for a EASTER surprise for the boys.
This is one smart “CHICK” – he knows from paying attention to what was going on with his fellow “BABY-CHICKS” – they were not as particular as to what the enticement was – and ended up getting too much “LOVE” – from little LEE’s strong fingers – or maybe the other “CHICKS” were just not strong enough and or programmed for being a “FAMILY” pet ?
Little Lee is not two years old – looks like he might be about fourteen months – but he was determined to get a hold of the “BABY-CHICK” some how or the other? Looks like he has a small dish of chicken feed – and guess he thinks that just having the dish with food in his hand – that the “BABY-CHICK” is just going to come running to him – and that not this “Chick” want to be feed??
So this “BABY-CHICK”is pretty smart – he found for himself a very good hiding place. He figured that he could fit under that “TV” and still be able to move faster away – from, that great big baby Lee – who is having trouble bending and squatting and still being able to move fast after the “BABY-CHICK” – and that “pan of chick feed” might look tempting – but no sense in sticking my neck out for something good to eat – and maybe loose my head???
This “BABY-CHICK” was the one and only of the four chick that lived a good long time. We did have a “Cocker Spaniel” dog that was given to the boys and was kept outside – and was one very friendly dog. Outside our kitchen door was a large slab of concrete or small patio area – where the dog would eat his meals and spent a lot of his time. So, we decided to put the chicken out there also – and see what happens? Well the two of them became friends and ate from the same dish – and with no problems. Have a picture of them together eating and if I find it – will post it, too?
The chicken was an early riser – and he like to nest in some large bushes of my next door neighbor. Everything was “OKAY” for a while – but at some point in time this chicken like to let everyone – especially my neighbor, Mrs. Morgan – know what time it was in the early morning hours. Mrs. Morgan like us and the boys and I have her picture with her sister at the hospital to visit me and baby Al when he was born – way back in the 1960’s. That photo has been posted – but I may post it again – it is a good picture.
So, getting back to our “Rooster” who like to “Cockle- do” at Mrs. Morgan’s window – we had to find a home for him where he would be happy and live out his full LIFE! At the one restaurant that we used lots of eggs – my husband, Lee talked to the FARMER and told him of our problem. Well, the FARMER – said he he love to take him. Well that was one HAPPY ROOSTER – that must have thought he was in HEAVEN – He had all of the FARMER’s farm – just for his play-ground – he would just strut around as if he owned the place. This was truly – the right place for this – “Once upon a time – Our little “BABY-CHICK!”
