Dreams Mean What?
In the last couple of weeks, I have had two dreams that just do not make any kind of sense to me. If someone has an idea about these dreams – let me know?
The first dream was about “Flying” – something that at my age I Hope I never have to do! Here, I am sitting in the cockpit of a small 4-seat er plane and no one but “ME” inside flying and just having as much fun as possible? For starters, I know that I do not have the training needed and I also know all about the study program that one must do and the hours of flying with an instructor. All of these things – are way over and past for me in this life -time!
When I was around – 18 – I did apply for an “Airline Hostess” position, in the mid ’50’s. I believe that all my measurements were just what they wanted – but they told me to lose (3) three pounds – over the weekend and come back Monday. I said I did not know how to lose the three pounds? She said just do not eat anything till then? That was too silly for me, so, I told them I will not be back!
Dream no. 2. I see myself standing in a store where “Sweet Confections” are sold. Standing along side me in the dream, is the “clerk” and she has a box to put these “sweets” in and she has a few in the box – and I point to the one that looks like it has a nice size “NUT” on the corner – to put in the box! Well – here is where the dream stops? I can hardly believe what I am seeing – that dark “NUT” starts to slowly walk away as the “clerk” tries to scoop up the “Sweet Confection.”
To my surprise , I see another “walking NUT” – walk away! I told the clerk “NO Thanks” and I walked away, too. So, would anyone have such a dream and what in the world do you think of such “Silly Dreams?”
