A Quarter A Day
When the “New Minted Quarters for each State”, started some years back – did you check your quarters? Did you start to save quarters? Yes & Yes!
A New Bank, in town was offering , ‘Prizes’ to win, for new customers, who open an account. Well, I opened an account, and within a couple of weeks, received a phone call – that I won a prize! You guessed right, “a State Quarter – Collector’s Album!”
Naturally – bought a couple rolls of quarters – started looking at all quarters received and was able to put a few in the ‘Album.’ This is a ‘project to do’ for those who like to ‘wait’ years – because each State – did not mint ‘New Quarters’ at the same time.
Now, the‘Album’ is somewhere – I have no idea where? Have not looked at a ‘Quarter’ – to see if it would be a “Keeper? But, & If? I had saved every ‘Quarter’, in the last “10” years – I would be rich!
